No medical was created by redcat
Hi All
I sent off my ESA50 three weeks ago with loads of supporting evidence. I rang ATOS today and have been told I won't be having a medical. They have returned my paperwork to the DWP.
My question is this...does no medical mean I have automatically been put in the support group or the WRAG?
Or can the DWP decision maker decide to ignore ATOS and say I am for work anyway?
I am hoping the fact they didn't bring me in for a medical means I will just be automatically put in to the support group! We can but hope!

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Good luck

ATOS can only make recommendations, so a DWP Decision Maker is still required to confirm it. The DM is not medically trained so it is unlikely that they will not do so unless there is some other problem with your claim.Hi All
