ESA50 form

I have an appeal being heard this afternoon.

I completed the form ESA50 on the old format i.e 28 sheets, at my tribunal shall they be asking me questios on the old format or shall they be asking me questions on the new ESA50 i.e. 21 sheets.

If you completed the 'old' ESA50 you should have been assessed under the old rules and have an ESA85 that reflects the old descriptors.

Assuming that's the case the tribunal will have to apply the old test and the new descriptors (on the new ESA50) will not be relevant.
