I don't subscribe to Rightsnet, but I have successfully accessed the link which downloads as a MS Word document.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Absolutely CD, it's on the general disussions board, some parts of rightsnet are subscription only, but not this.

cheers

Many thanks Andy.

You've given very good advice, which I'll certainly follow as, of course, I'll go in with him and as I'm with him constantly I know all his limitations and illnesses.

I actually think I'm able to talk about his disabilities more freely than he's able to do.

Many thanks again ,

Many thanks for all your replies, I really appreciate all the help and understanding members of this group give to each other.

An update on the medical. I don't think we were in there for more than 20 minutes. The doctor was lovely, genuinely very understanding. She said that if she'd had the questionnaire I'd filled in, with the help of this site, the day before, she'd have phoned to cancel the appointment. She dealt with just one of my husband ailments, with our consent, and virtually told us that should be enough for the support group, fingers crossed.

We can do nothing now except wait for the letter, but many thanks again.
