Have two members of my family who are currently receving dla, they are both children as they have severe diabetes, they are 4 and 7. How will the changes affect them?

As far as is known, the first people to be migrated from DLA to PIP are those in the 16 to 64 age bracket.

We cannot predict anything beyond that I am afraid.
