Bobbie, I have a question that will help me with a theory did you at any time when playing golf take part in a charity match ?
I ask because in the past I have noticed across the board that people who have been taken to court for DLA claims have one thing in common for example footballers the refs in wales sailing diving even parachuting. At sometime they have taken part in charity events .. which of course disabled people often support the charity of there health problem. I dont think as many people are reporting people to the benefit fraud line as some people think
As this thread involves suspected fraud and is therefore possibly sub judice, it is unwise to add any further comment which may be based purely on opinion and not fact. Furthermore, it is developing into a benefit discussion, which is not the purpose of this forum.
The OP should contact a solicitor for (further) legal advice, and accordingly the thread is now locked.
Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
