HI, My husband has just been sent a ESA50 to complete again. I was reading on the site that due to him receiving DLA CARE High rate that he is excempt from the WCA. When I rang to query this with DWP they informed me that we still nedd to complete the form and return. IS THIS CORRECT???

There are no exemptions with regard to a claimant completing the ESA50, so yes, he needs to complete it in order to continue receiving ESA.HI, My husband has just been sent a ESA50 to complete again.
