I've appealed against the decision to be placed in WRAG in the hope of getting in to the support group. My GL24 form was received by the DWP on Wednesday 14th September by recorded delivery, 4 days before the due date. I've not received any acknowledgement yet of my appeal from the DWP, even after writing to them again over a week ago about it. I've since been sent an appointment for a WFI. I sent the GL24 in the pre paid envelope provided with the GL24, by recorded delivery, however I've realized since that the address wasn't that of my local benefit office. Whether this is why I've not heard anything I don't know. Unfortunately I'm unable to ring them up due to my health and they wont talk to anybody else without my permission. I'm at a loss to know what to do and am starting to panic they'll eventually say they've never received it or say it's gone missing. Any advice would be welcome thanks.
