FORM ESA 113 for the GP To Fill In.......

I think I will wait until after a medical and then request the last years notes from my surgery again and see what, if any, are suitable to send to the DM when I appeal.

I am not convinced ESA113 are of any use but that's just my opinion.

And I'm not convinced my surgery 'likes' to get involved with the process!

An ESA113 is only as good as the GP who writes it.

They have the option of adding additional sheets if the boxes are too small, but will they take the trouble?

I asked my gp if they needed anything from me, they said they will fill in a form if the dwp request them to, as they dont get involved otherwise. Well thats ok then,,,,,, not.
My review wasnt due till next yr 2012, but the change to ESA has brought it forward after only 8 months from the last IB form.

yep thought Id downloaded it wrongly. thought their would be a big guidance tick sheet for the GP to fill in.
