Have I been overpaid then? I have been in receipt of ESA since September 2010, so does this mean that if the bill becomes law in April, they will deduct 365 days from what I have received, and then ask me for the rest back? There is no need for you to worry, whilst the time limit for ESA(CB) is 365 days, it only applies retrospectively in the context of your ongoing entitlement.OMG OMG
So there will be no requirement for you to pay any money back just because you will have been in the WRAG for more than 365 days.
It just means means that your ESA(CB) will cease on 6 April 2012.
