Hi,

Yes you can. However do be aware the panel may want to direct their questions to your daughter for her to respond in her own words.

You should be able to 'sum up' the case on behalf of your daughter though.

Hi, they may ask you questions too, they did my mum at my dla appeal. Lots of luck to your daughter and thinking of you both.
