I believe the figure you are quoting relates to the total number of successful ESA appeals.

I've equested a supporting letter from my g.p.
and my wife's writtem a lebghy one too, to give details of my daily life, which my assessor gave me next to no time on. Anyone else I can ask...
not worth contacting my former employer, I guess,
as that was 11 years ago.
