Renewal/extentionof the awards was created by ahmruq
Hi every one, since my last post, things have changed and I am bit behind for informing that I had my care award changed to higher due to severe health issues and as a result me being incapcitated.
My current awards both for Care and Mobility is running out in mid2012 and have already sent for DLA434 February2011 version form because need a mobility car to attend hospital's appointments.
As my needs are unchanged,My question to how to approach the forms?
Do I simply say"No Change"? or give them a count of every episode of my disability during the day and night?
kind regards

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Although it is termed a renewal, in reality it is effectively a new claim, so you need to specify all of your care and mobility needs in detail.Hi every one, since my last post, things have changed and I am bit behind for informing that I had my care award changed to higher due to severe health issues and as a result me being incapcitated.

I am no expert, but I believe that you need to fill out the form in full each time.
