DLA & IB

Hi, I have been recieving IB & DLA HR (indefinate)for a number of years now. I was also re-assessed for DLA about 2 years ago which I think was some kind of pilot. The award was not changed. I expect to recieve a letter soon from the DWP re the migration to ESA. Do you think it would be advisable to ask the DWP for all the info they hold on me in order to back up my case if I need to. If so how do I go about this. Thanks.

You could make a "Subject Access Request" to the DWP, I obviously couldn't comment as to how helpful any information obtained by you would be.
