Hi All,
After reading this thread i have one quick question.
If one is recieving contribution based ESA and has savings of over £16,000 does this effect the ESA payments??? Sorry, really confused.

Hi R,
There are no savings/capital rules and restrictions with Contributory ESA.
There are with Income Related (Income Based) ESA.

can anyone tell me if am entitled to the higher premium of £55 paid with esa income based. i have been awarded middle care and lower mobility dla. thanks to this site and the excellent guide
