thanks CD

is it possible to be re-assessed & found fit for work & then you win your first appeal?
how can you then be placed in the support group when you've just been found fit for work?
would you just get your extra support group premium backdated & then your benefit stopped pending a fresh appeal?
you would either claim Jobseekers while appealing or assessment phase esa rate if you can still produce sick notes?
im guessing the success of winning the second appeal would be greater as you won the first one as long as your circumstances havent changed, but then if your circumstances havnt changed why be found fit for work instead of the origional wrag decision?!
oh its complicated stuff!

sorry im just being hypathetical, i think iv answered my own question hehe
