What happens when you have to request a home visit

If a claimant is too incapacitated to attend the Atos medical , they are told to ask for a home visit instead, if this can be supported in the way of a request letter from the claimants doctor. okay , now what happens during the home visit please will it be the same computer controlled format as when claimants attend medicals?
