Guide to the Limited Capability for Work was created by rangie999
Hi
I'm struggling at the best of times with a being able to use a PC both physically and health problems wise.
However,I'm trying to answer the questions using PC and then get the Welfare Rights Man to complete for me.
I've hit a brick wall mental block and seek your wisdom??
Where is the guide for completing the Limited capability for work guide listed on this site??
Is a decision also made on the submission of the LCA form? (I wonder how/why some on this site report that they have been awarded high rates for both) I am currently High rate DLA/Mobility and was awarded both for life approx 10 years ago.
if placed in the LCW section, are these questionnaires repeated very frequent??
Also, as there are quite some lengthy responses and the amount of extra space poor, can i submit typed responses??
Thanks
Mike

The guides are accessed from the Members Only link in the orange section on the left of the page, the following is a direct link
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/esa
The Understanding ESA guide explains the claims process in more detail and will answer most of your questions.
Re-assessment times vary, however, the average for the WRAG is probably 6-12 months, but can be as low as four months and as long as two years.
The following FAQs may help with filling out the form.
Use Of The Interactive PDF Version Of The ESA50 Questionnaire
Adding pages to your submission
