Two letters for transfer was created by treanor
I have just recieved another letter (the same as before) telling me about my transfer from IB to ESA, after the first letter I phoned them and was told that the form would be sent inside four week, has anyone got any idea what is going on.
Thanks Treanor

Sorry, but this is not the standard transfer process, I can only suggest you contact them to find out what they are doing, you may need a call back, as the transfer team is seperate from the call centre team.I have just recieved another letter (the same as before) telling me about my transfer from IB to ESA, after the first letter I phoned them and was told that the form would be sent inside four week, has anyone got any idea what is going on.

Hi, same situation, received 2nd letter today, same as the first letter. And that I will be contacted within the next 14 days. I tried to contact them but waited for an hour and a half (twice). So with B & W advice I sent them a recorded letter stating this. Will wait and see what next 14 days bring. They have not got a clue what they are doing. Just gives us a little more time. Merry Xmas. MBS.

I was thinking that I may have been out at the time (they) called, even after I called them, if I missed thier call would this matter.
