advice please had DLA medical sept refused
on both counts so appealed on grounds that atos had not signed name and nino on top
of paper work only on the frist one and a lot of diff from front of doctors report to back pages. i have now had letter from atos for me to fill in a complaint form so they can investigate my complaint but if i do will this stop my appeal. They also say that if they dont hear from me by the 06/01/12 they will not go ahead with there investigate . should i ignore atos and as my appeal is with DWP or would doing this jeopardise my appeal

No, putting in a complaint against Atos while your appealing will not interfer with your appeal.
I made a complaint against my Atos report while I was appealing, a few months back.
