TOPIC: Talk of the devil and guess what

Re: Talk of the devil and guess what 7 years 8 months ago #79160

we will try. we did explain all this in the esa50 and its not the first time they have done this. when i have gone to a medical with her before they do not take any notice of my just what my daughter says. what makes it a little more complex is that my daughter is my carer as i cant do physical things and she doesnt encourage me but helps with physical things but i have to encourage her to do everything even to help me. ever since the letter arrived she had hardly said 2 words and looks so down. she has made an appointment to see our GP a few days before the assessment. to me its still a medical as what atos put down does sort of impact on the out come.

we are still going around in circles with the dwp. they will not us anything and all we get is your daughter will have to go to the face to face assessment. we know that but what is the point of haveing exceptional circumstances if they are not going apply them? My daughter ticked the box that if she was found fit to work it would harm her health but they havent take any notice of this.
