DM decision upheld appeal sent to tribunal was created by lindat
so the nightmare continues... after almost 5 months of waiting since they recieved my GL24 I got an email from my MPs caseworker who has been helping me. They are sending it to tribunal and I should get the letter soon.
what do you do when the truth is ignored?
I'm on CB Wrag so come august the money may well stop as there is no way my appeal will be heard before that :dry:
