hi. i rang DWP today asking for an AA application form .I was referred to DSS office in belfast, who then informed me i cant claim AA because DLA continues to pay me . Would this be correct . confused ? any help would be appreciated.

If you are already in receipt of DLA then you can continue to claim it after the age of 65, providing you do so as a continuous claim.
