TOPIC: carers allowance

carers allowance 7 years 7 months ago #79514

  • karl98
hi I askd a question about my wife which was answered vaguely but would like to clear something up. As we have not had carers allowance for the last 6mnths surely there is some department that can help with payments or are we expected to not have care help as whoever helps cannot excpect to help for free. any ideas or other avenues thanks

Hi K98,

Besides the good advice given by Gordon, here :

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/forum?func=vie...id=10&id=78790#78803

The only other information that may be of help would be :

Where to get advice?

And

Crisis loans

Contacting your MP

Complaining to the Tribunal Service

Maybe some of our members will be able to offer further advice.
