New PIP self-test was created by Steve Donnison
  			 				Hi,

We've just published a new self-test page for PIP on the site. It allows you to score yourself for the daily living and mobility components of PIP with a few clicks of your mouse. It will do the maths for you, tell you what components you assess yourself as qualifying for and even email you a copy of your results if you want it to.

We'd be grateful if you would give it a try just to see if there are any bugs in the system.

Many thanks,

Steve

I only scored 2 points this time - maybe I'm not as disabled as I thought I was

I tried this. It worked fine.

I assessed myself as getting standard rate care but no mobility.

I currently get middle rate care dla and lower rate mobility dla.

Works fine. I scored 23 points in total, so expect to receive the same PIP as I do DLA, i.e. HRM & HRC.

At the moment I get Low Rate Care & High Rate Mobility, and I think it accurately reflects my level of disability.Under this new PIP system I'll get nothing.
