Thanks Gordon.

The point is, I have already started an appeal, but one of the "IB reassessment team" at DWP advised me to send in a "reconsideration letter" too.

Worried that this may be overkill.

I did ask him to send me a copy of the ATOS evidence so that I can show this to the consultant neurologist and the MS nurse so that they can reply in support of my appeal.

If you have already appealed, there is no need for you to request a Reconsideration, as one will be carried out anyway.
