Can anybody help please.

I am in support group and have been so for 3 months,been of sick from work for almost a year and unlikely that I will not be able to return.

Do I have to continue to send in my sick certs to the job center plus?

No, once you have been put in the WRAG or Support Group you do not need to provide Fit Notes (sick certs).
