The Tribunal will remake the Decision from September 2011, whereas the current assessment will be from March-April 2012.

Two factors for your friend to consider, if they win they will be entitled to backpayments from 09/11 to the date of the new Decision, about £5/week.

Secondly, if they are receiving ESA(CB) then they will be subject to the 12 month limit for members of the WRAG, if they are placed in the SG as a result of their tribunal then this time will not count against this.
