Representation at appeal tribunal was created by sealion
Hello everyone
just looking for some advice, i received my letter today stating that i was placed in the WRAG after having no medical,i am appealing this decision to be placed in the support group and after reading the guides on here understand all the risks that come with appealing, the problem i have is that my local welfare rights do not represent people at appeals unless you have a social worker and my local cab said they don't represent you either.
i was hoping someone would know where i can get help for my appeal and to represent me aswell for an oral hearing.
thank u

hi sealion, i had a tribuneral 3 month ago, i went straight into the boardroom shook hands with the main man, sat straight down and spoke honestly and straight forward, i spoke for 5 mins and he told me to slow down and told me i had won my tribuneral,i was never asked any questions, he saw straight thruogh me and knew that i was telling the truth. tribunerals are not to be afraid of, the panel are on nobody's side, they just look at both sides and come to a decision.
good luck and do not worry if you can't get anybody to go with you, just take a good friend with you to give you a bit of confidence.
