leave GP details blank

Is it OK to simply put my Psychatrist's name in the 'GP' box or omit my GP's name and leave that box blank and fill in my Psychatrist in the next box?

I've never met my assigned GP and only ever see my Psychatrist and there is no way I could brief a complete stranger about my problems.

So if I just leave the GP box blank and fill in the Psychatrist's details - will that cause a problem when I return the form? Does anyone know?
