The significant majority of Tribunals are won by the claimant explaining the impact their condition(s) have on the day of the hearing. Evidence is important , but in most cases merely supports the contention of the claimant that their care/mobility requirements are reasonable.I was dx with fibro and me 2yrs ago Ive got my dla tribunal on tuesday Ive got all letter from various appointments Ive been to a social services assessment as I now need a carer, also one done for hubby as hes my sole carer, a letter from psychologist stating the level of my disabilty, the only back I havent had is from my gp[in the process of charging to another] will this effect my tribunal, I have also been given an advocate to come with me
