There is no clear cut answer to this.
The CAB or WRO will have wider experience of claiming but may not have the time you might hope for to help you.
Conversely, you may lack the experience of filling the forums in, but hopefully have the time available to do it in detail.
Bottom line is that only you really understand your condition and how it affects you.
