Hi b,

You should send it with your ESA50, attached if possible, to ATOS, at the address provided.

You should put your name, NI number and DOB, on any pages of added evidence.

Draw reference to this supporting evidence in your ESA50.

Keep copies of everything and post by recorded delivery.

Good luck. :)

Hi B,

Some members have also sent copies of their ESA50 and any supporting evidence to the DWP Decision Maker, as well as ATOS.

This helps to negate the chances of any information going missing that may be sent to ATOS.

It is up to the individual though whether they wish to do this.

If you do, you should address it to The ESA Decision Maker, at the address of the Benefits Office on any letters that you may have regarding your ESA.

Your NI Number, and Postcode, should ensure that the correct DM receives it.

That is good news regarding your DLA award. :)

Thanks for letting us know, and also for your kind comments regarding B&W.
