I failed to migrate from IB to ESA, receiving nil points at my medical, so I appealed, I have received my first payment at the ESA assessment rate of £67.50.
Does this assessment rate get reduced if you are in receipt of a pension, like (CB) JSA does?

Hi,
Yes, the DWP must be informed of any Occupational Pension in payment. Was your IB claim longstanding so your pension was disregarded under IB? If so it should be disregarded under ESA. If not, it may cause your ESA, both Assessment and Full rate to be reduced.
