has anyone asked DWP for copies of Medical report?

Hi,
Apologies to the moderators for posting again...my post was MOVED and I don't know what that means? I am posting again in the hopes that this one is OK?

Has anyone used the letter in the benefits and work ESA Appeals guide ( pages 12 and 13) to ask the DWP for copies of all evidence used in reaching a decision to award ESA?

I would like to know:

If you have used this letter. ...how long it took for you to receive the evidence?

Did you receive everything you asked for?

We rang and asked for copies of our Medical when we got into WRAG, we also asked if they would let us know what our points were, in order to assist when we did an appeal. We received the med form back within 2 days, but no mention of points. We then said we wished to appeal, they sent paperwork within 2 weeks. All very quick. We are the slow ones in responding due to GP off sick, CAB on hols.
