Alle ESA claimants should expect to be reviewed on a regular basis, there is no such think as an indefinit award. See
How often will I be reviewed

I have completed my ESA50 and sent it off together with the tribunal Ruling and explained there has been no improvement/change in my condition on which I was awarded 15 points and SG.
In the event that ATOS assess me as capable of work, and the DM supports that, what happens on the basis that I want to appeal again to a Tribunal?
1) Can I appeal?
2) What payments, if any would I receive? Full payment, assessment phase again, or none?
I am Contributions based.
Thanks in advance x

Hi Barbarag
You certainly would be able to appeal. During that time you would be on assessment rate, subject to the 12 month time-limit. See
