Continuing care for ESA/DLA claims was created by sally-jane
Hiya,
I note that in order to obtain information to help with ESA/DLA appeals etc one must provide up to date treatment /continuing care from a health professional. This of course makes sense.
Could anyone advise me on how one is to get this;
when for instance, your OT/Physio say they cannot do any more for you, no phsio etc as it does not help.Refuse to do a mobility assesment as no need as you cannot mobolise,and is not in their remit to do such assesments i.e support group descriptors apply but refuse to put so in a report as it is not their job to do so.
Your GP is unwilling to write a suitable letter despite admitting you are unable to work because of ill health.
Have emailed to see my med files twice over the last two weeks, but as yet no response.
So how does one get treatment in order to keep you going and to fulfill the criteria to be eligable for either WRAG/Support.
GP very willing to provide all meds by prescription when required without an apt.
I know tHis is outside ESA/DLA claims and remits as laid down by mods, however it does relate to how one obtains/applies for ESA/DLA
I find it difficult to know what to do
