The DWP knew that I had to be away urgently regarding emergency hospital treatment. When I returned last week, I had received an ESA50 form for a medical BUT that I have to complete it by 2 April 2012. This gives me a little over 2 weeks to complete a complicated form.
ARE THERE ANY RULES FOR THE TIME PERIOD TO COMPLETE THIS AND IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET AN EXTENSION OF 1 WEEK (GIVEN THAT THEY DWP KNEW I HAD TO BE AWAY).
