won DLA appeal but....

I won my DLA appeal last week, low rate mobility & middle rate care but it has only been awarded until sept 2012. Will it just stop in Sept or will they send me a renewal form before that date?

You should receive renewal forms so that you can submit a further claim for DLA prior to your current award expiring.
