Supersession

Sent an email and also posted letter re- supersession and in return have been sent
Esa Income based form from DWP and a ESA/50 from ATOS. does anyone know which to fill in ???

I suspect that the DWP have sent you the income related form routinely as your contributary ESA is due to end soon - they don't know whether or not you would be eligible for the income relate benefit.

The ESA50 has probably been sent in response to your request for supersession.
