Hi!
Hope this isn't a stupid question?
When my claim is due for review;is the process started by a decision maker at DWP and then forwarded to ATOS or do ATOS see the review date on their system and just send out a new ESA50.

HELLO,on a simular theme my transfer from IB to esa is triggered by the review date on my last IB pass letter.this date was 6 months ago does anyone know if there is a backlog and thats why i have not heard yet thanks
