In 6 months time I will get my state pension. I have DLA motability at full rate and medium term care for an indefinite period. What happens when I'm 65? and what happens to ESA in the support group also?

You will continue to get your DLA for as long as you meet the qualifying criteria. here are no plans to switch people over 65 from DLA to PIP at the moment.
ESA is an income replacement benefit for people unable to work due to illness/disability. Therefore this will stop when you get your state pension.
