Hi to all mods,
Todays update, i got through to someone at the DWP and they told me that until another DM looked at my case i would not receive any payment of assessment rate ESA, and that they did,nt have to inform me that they have received my appeal, although one person that i spoke did say they should, i was then told that i would get a ring back from someone to explain, did,nt receive a call. also told to get a crisis loan, which i have done iv,e got to go to local JCP office tomorrow and pick up a payment of £85.26 as i,m only entitled to 65% of esa assessment rate, thats got to last me a fortnight to live on.
Please can anyone give me some helpful advice.

Thanks for your reply Gordon i think i,ll have to, i,m really at my wits end with all this, a GP at my practise has already changed my anti depressants as the others were,nt working at all with all the stress of this, it,s been absolute hell for me for the last six months, i really don,t know how long i can endure all this. the sick and disabled are being treated in a very inhumane way, its time someone somewhere did something about this.

Sorry CV, I can't really offer any differing advice other than this, and Gordon's advice regarding your M.P.
