Thank you Gordon for your reply, so the overloading of the system could possibly mean i won,t receive payments for a fair few weeks then, it,s taken them 9 weeks to declare me fit for work .
Accepting your appeal is more of an administrative process than a decision, so hopefully it should not be seriously effected, but you may need to actively pursue it with them.
