ESA 50 part 1/ part2 was created by Fizgog1
I am filling in esa 50 form for my husband and his illness relates to part 1 (physical functions). I am confused with part 2, even though it says Mental, cognitive and intellectual functions. Some of the questions like "keeping yourself safe when cooking" and "goin out on your own" for example relate to his physical condition. Should he ignore part 2?

Whilst you need to have a underlying physical condition to be able to answer the questions in Part 1, you do not need to have mental health issues in order to answer the questions in part 2.I am filling in esa 50 form for my husband and his illness relates to part 1 (physical functions).
