My husband was originally placed in the WRAG after a face to face assessment, this being back in November 2011.
We have recently had to complete another WCA questionairre and his case was reviewed, he has been placed in WRAG again. However, as he is only entitled to contributions based ESA, his benefits will cease in November this year.
My question is, are we able to appeal the WRAG placement at this stage (the latest decision was less than a month ago), or is it too late as the original decision was last year?
I think he has a decent chance of getting into the support group on appeal but I'm not sure if it's too late now...
Also, if we appeal and are unsuccessful, will he still remain in the WRAG, or does he lose entitlement altogether?
