been waiting since February but have finally, after home medical by ATOS, been uprated to HRM and MRC for 2 years.
Very disappointed at not being awarded High care as there is a clear need, and supply, of overnight care. Waiting for statement of reasons to see about appeal.
Have got the medical practitioners report already and it is very comprehensive and pretty accurate, although there are one or two 'opinions' that are very wide of the mark.
Now I just have to wait for another ESA50 as my ESA Support will run out Feb next year OR can I ask for the ESA to be looked at now as the medical report does support an ESA Support group due to the identification of danger to my health that has been recorded by the medical practitioner?
So, don't give up anyone, keep at it and use the excellent guides on B&W and keep persevering.
With regard the ESA, you can ask for a SupperSession on your claim, if you have clear evidence that your condition has deteriorated since you were last assessed, if you don't then you will have to wait for the DWP to initiate an assessment.
