Missed Box on Form was created by Bodnar
I am in a slight panic here, which is nothing unusal for me,
I sent my ESA50 yesterday on the same day I got a reminder from ATOS. As the date it should be in is 8th August. I have been on the Post Office track and trace,it has been delivered well within the date. I have just gone through the photocopies and found out that I have forgotton to tick one box. Will they return the form to me to complete and will they stop my IB payments? I can`t beleive that one oversight when I went through that form time and time again to check everything is in order.

Hi Bodnar
They certainly won't stop your benefit for a missed box, provided they received the form.
It's possible that they could return the form for completion, but if you have a face-to-face assessment, it's probably more likely that the HCP will simply clarify the question with you at the assessment - that's assuming it's a box relating to the mental/physical health questionnaire.
If you feel that it is important to correct your form, you could send a brief letter stating what box should have been ticked and any other relevant information. The letter should be added to your file.
Regards
Derek

Shouldn't worry about it unless you've missed some info that you want Atos to have cos it's important to your claim.
Best wishes, Margaret.
