Hi I was just wondering if you were placed in the support group for say 1/2 years, after that time you were assessed but did not meet the criteria for the support group, after appealing (if the appeal did not go your way) would it then be possible for that person to be placed into the WRAG for a further 365 days (CB)(just a thought)? Regards

Hi s41,
Yes, it is possible for a claimant to be placed in the WRAG of ESA after being in the SG.
Any time spent in the WRAG, (Contributary ESA) is added together cumulatively until the 365 day limit is exhausted.
