won appeal

have waited 7 months to attend my appeal,at the atos assessment i did not score any points,
today i had my appeal and it was found in my favor,
the appeal scored me 18 points,i cannot believe the [Mod Edit] that were told by my assessor,how can they get away with it,any way i have been told i am entitled to ESA,WITH THE WORK RELATED ACTIVITY COMPONENT,the points were made up of 1c=9 points and 2b=9 points i havant got a clue what they are?

Are you aware of the 365 day limit for claimants in receipt of Contributary ESA in The WRAG ? see :

12 Month Limit for ESA(CB) Updated 10/03/12

Don't forget, this tribunal decision will be backdated to the time of the original adverse decision to find you "fit for work", you will receive any backpay owed from that date.
