Appeal Tribunal Set Aside was created by fedup90
If a lost Tribunal Appeal is set aside would the claimant be put back in the ESA Support Group until the appeal is heard again by a Tribunal?

The claimant has had her benefits stopped and has not put in a new claim since she lost the appeal.

Sorry, I got things mixed up, the question should be would the claimant be put back in the ESA Assessment Group until the appeal is heard again by a Tribunal?
